We first met in 2016 while working together in the Radiology department at Northside Hospital. What began as a friendship slowly grew into something more as we truly got to know each other. Some of our favorite early memories are the evenings spent walking the track at Catherine’s old high school, just across the street from her home. It was there, under the scoreboard lights, that we shared some of our very first real conversations - the kind that go deep, make you laugh, and open your heart. Like most twenty-somethings, we’ve had our ups and downs over the years. But through it all, one thing has always remained constant: we chose each other. Again and again. And with every challenge, our love grew stronger, teaching us the value of patience, forgiveness, and partnership. In December of 2024, Colin brought Catherine back to where it all began - her old high school track. As we reminisced about the past and dreamed about our future, Colin got down on one knee and asked Catherine to marry him. It was simple, intimate, and perfect: just the two of us, in the very place our love story first took root. Now, we can’t wait to begin the next chapter of our lives together as husband and wife on April 4, 2026. What makes it even more special is knowing we’ll be surrounded by the people we love most.
