When will I receive a formal invitation?

Formal invitations will be sent out late April/early May 2026. Invitations will indicate whether or not you have a plus one!

Will there be a bridal shower?

Answer

Yes! The bridal shower will be held on May 16th from 1-4pm in Virginia Beach. Invitations and more details will be sent out February 2026.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The only kids that will be present are directly related to the bride and groom. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code for the Wedding?

Answer

Garden party formal! We encourage everyone to dress their best! Maxi and Midi dresses, jumpsuits, nice button downs, ties, suit jackets, etc! Patterns, fun fabrics, florals, and colors are welcome and appreciated (Men included)! But please refrain from wearing purple as that will be the primary color for the wedding party. The bride also asks that no one wears any white or white based floral/patterns! A note for the ladies: The walkway to the venue/reception area is gravel so keep that in mind when picking shoes!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The bride has located some hotels in the nearby area you are welcome to choose from or pick your own! Please see the "travel" tab for local hotels. We do not have a hotel block at any specific location.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony. And SEATED 10 minutes prior to help keep everything on schedule. The wedding will start promptly "music go" at 3:30pm unless the bride says otherwise day of!

Rides and uber drivers?

Answer

Please schedule your transportation ahead of time! We cannot guarantee that the venue has good cell service and are not sure on how available Ubers will be!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

PLEASE let us know as soon as possible if you have any dietary restrictions
