We met in our junior year of high school. We became really good friends in our Current Events class. Towards November, that class was ending and all the students would be in a different class for the next three months. Nick slickly figured which class I was going to next, and then he switched so that we would still be together. When Nick found out that I was already in a relationship, he was devastated. He became angry with me over a simple miscommunication about an upcoming dance. We did not speak for the next six months. After my relationship ended, I found myself very lonely, and I reached out to Nick, even though I had believed he was still angry with me. We ended up talking and meeting up the next day. We hung out almost every day for the next month. On August 31, 2013, Nick took me ice skating and asked me to be his girlfriend right there on the rink. Written by, Mia Falco
We have been in a long distance relationship for more than three years now. Nick moved to Pennsylvania after our Sophomore year in college, and I stayed here in New Jersey. We made it a point to see each other every 2 - 3 weeks, but sometimes could not see each other for over a month. This experience has strengthened our relationship, and shown us that we can truly trust each other. We are strong. We are loyal. We are doing our very best to get through this stage of our relationship, so that we can be together again. Written by, Mia Falco
Our engagement was a joint decision, and although we don't have a proposal story, it was equally meaningful to take our relationship to the next level and show the world that our future lied in each other's hands. We've been engaged for a year and a half now, but the wait was totally worth it. We can't wait for all of you to join us on our special day, in this new decade of life. Written by, Mia Falco
