Are kids allowed?

While we love children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children in the wedding party. If your children are not listed on your invitation, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare and join us for an evening of celebration. We can't wait to share this special night with you!

Can I bring a plus-one?

We've worked hard to create an intimate celebration, but we are limited by space, so only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. If your invitation says "+1" or includes a guest's name, then yes—we'd love for them to join!

Feel free to dress in formal attire that complements our rustic wedding theme. We want you to look and feel your best while capturing the elegant, relaxed atmosphere of our special day.

Is there a dress code or color to avoid?

We kindly ask that guests avoid ivory, white, and cream to let the bride shine on her special day. We also request no blue, black, or gray attire, as these colors are reserved for the groom and groomsmen. Black jeans are perfectly fine—just please skip the blue ones. Our wedding celebration will take place at Majestic Memories, featuring an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. We recommend guests dress appropriately for the weather, as the ceremony will be outside. Rest assured, our indoor reception venue is fully climate-controlled with heating and air conditioning for your comfort.

Where do you park?

Guests will enjoy convenient parking throughout our venue, with two spacious grass lots situated right beside the event space. Handicap-accessible parking is available in the gravel lot on the side of the venue, reserved for those with accessibility needs and vendors.

We recommend booking your stay in Bardstown, Kentucky, conveniently located just 30 minutes from our wedding venue. You'll find a wonderful selection of hotels and Airbnbs in the area. Since we weren't able to arrange a room block, we encourage you to reserve your accommodations early to secure the best availability.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

If you find yourself unable to attend, we'd appreciate it if you could RSVP "no" by September 1st. Should circumstances change after that date, please reach out to us directly and we'll update your response accordingly. Your timely confirmation helps us finalize all the details for our celebration. While we'll certainly miss you, we're grateful for letting us know.

If you're responding for multiple guests, you'll have the opportunity to add their names on the following page of the form.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and/or reception?

We invite you to be fully present during our ceremony by enjoying the moment without devices. Our professional photographer will artfully document every cherished instant of our wedding. Once the ceremony concludes, feel free to capture memories at the reception. We simply ask that you avoid using flash and be mindful not to block our photographer's shots. We can't wait to share our beautiful professional images with you after the wedding day.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m. to allow plenty of time for parking, finding your seat, and getting comfortable before the ceremony begins at 4:00 p.m. If you're running late, please proceed directly to the venue building and wait for the ceremony to conclude before entering.

Can we send gifts directly to your house?

Yes! We've set up a honeymoon fund in our registry, giving our guests the option to contribute to our upcoming adventures rather than traditional gifts. We're thrilled to create lifelong memories together and are grateful for any support in making our dream honeymoon a reality. If you prefer to give cash, please place it in an envelope.

Yes! We're thrilled to offer a carefully curated selection of beverages for our guests. You'll enjoy a variety of beer and canned cocktails, along with two signature cocktails that we've specially crafted for the celebration.

If we took pictures/videos, where can we send those to?

We'd love to see your photos! You'll find a "Capture the Love" card with a QR code at each table that links to a shared Google Photos album—just use your Gmail account to upload any pictures or videos. Of course, if you'd prefer to share directly, feel free to send them to either me or Justin as well.

When am I able to post the pictures I took on social media?

We kindly request that guests wait to share photos on social media until after we have posted our official wedding images. This allows us to share our special day with our loved ones in a way that feels most meaningful to us.
