Call the hotel at 734-769-9800 and mention "Opland and Beerer Wedding" or click the link below that says "view". Rooms are blocked for our wedding guests at DoubleTree By Hilton in Ann Arbor. Please book your rooms by Friday, May 10th as the room block expires. We have a shuttle that will take 2 trips to the venue before the ceremony, and 3 trips back to the hotel at the end of the night. It only holds 14 passengers, so please keep that in mind. To Sutton Barn: 3:45pm departure, 4:00pm arrival 4:15pm departure, 4:30pm arrival Return to Doubletree Hotel: 10:00pm departure, 10:30pm arrival 10:30pm departure, 10:45pm arrival 11:15pm departure, 11:30pm arrival Uber/Lyft are available to provide rides (we recommend you schedule them in advance so you know you have a confirmed ride). You can also leave your cars at Sutton Barn overnight if needed.
