On the date of the ceremony, we will also be celebrating our 10 1/2 year anniversary being together! We met through a mutual friend who had set us up to go to a mixer-style dance at Cameron's high school, and at the dance we made it official! The rest is history!

On a beautiful, crisp autumn day, we had made a journey to Shenandoah National Park under the guise of a family day trip. A slightly suspicious, yet not completely sure Kelsey had thought that the proposal would happen that day. After much reassurance it wouldn't be happening that day (and a lot of gaslighting), Kelsey was ultimately surprised when Cameron got down on one knee and presented a ring, asking for her hand in marriage. Spoiler.. she said yes!
