FRIDAY - Slidell is about 45 minutes from the city of New Orleans. If you are driving in to town on Friday this is good stop on the way in before heading to the city. We recommend carpooling with people if you plan to attend. If you choose to take an uber from the City try changing your drop off location to a grocery store it may be a lot cheaper, then get a friend to pick you up from there. SUNDAY - The Ceremony Venue is in the French Quarter, the Reception is 15 minutes away in the Garden District. You will be able to Uber between the 2 easily. Driving once in the French quarter is challenging so we recommend walking to the venue from your hotel Bride and Groom are staying in an airbnb in the garden district.

If you want a unique old house stay than this is a fun option. You can also go straight to your room after the party - it might even be outside your door

The charming and historic atmosphere creates a great backdrop for exploring the city, and with comfortable rooms and excellent service, it's a great option for couples looking for a convenient and stylish stay.
