We will have photographers and videographers all over the event and we would prefer not to see phones in those captures. We would like to encourage you to be present at the festivities, as we’re hoping you’ll have a great time! Feel free to wave one over if there’s something or want a photo of video of. Everyone will be provided a link to the full gallery of images and videos!
During this time of year, daytime temperatures typically range from 70° F to 80° F, dropping into the high 50s in the evening. However, Pacific Northwest weather can be unpredictable. We recommend monitoring the forecast and bringing an extra layer such as a light jacket or wrap just in case.
Yes, there is a lower parking lot available for guests at the venue. The walk from the lot is well-lit and relatively short, though it is uphill on uneven ground. A drop-off area is available at the main entrance on the upper level for guests who need easier access. To reach the main parking lot, you will need to turn at the driveway one to the west of where your car GPS is guiding you. Look for the balloons and signs highlighting the entrance.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 11:25 am. We kindly ask that you arrive between 11:00 am and 11:15 am to ensure a smooth start. Coffee and pastry service will be provided before the ceremony.
Cell phone service at the venue is spotty but there is limited guest WiFi available if needed. Information regarding the guest WiFi is posted at the venue.
We kindly ask that you refrain from doing so. The professionals have it covered and everyone will be provided with their photos!
We would adore a card, especially one with a note of well wishes or advice inside. We will be putting them all into a book via Artkive so that way they can be treasured forever, and it will live beside our wedding album!
April 25th please.
The dress code is Garden Cocktail. Dress comfortably and stylishly for warm weather, perhaps with flowy dresses and floral prints for the ladies, suits in lighter hues or suspenders and bowties for the gentlemen, and fun hats like newsboys and fascinators for those so inclined. If you intend to wear high heels, consider block heels as the venue is primarily on grass.
Yes, please provide your dietary restrictions on the RSVP page under the optional question regarding this.
We recommend renting a car for the most flexibility while you're here, especially if you plan to explore the area. Unfortunately, while ride shares to and from the airport are generally available, the venue itself is located in a rural area with very limited ride share service.
