What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving 30-45 minutes before our ceremony begins! After parking, all guests will be shuttled to our ceremony site via golf carts. This allows ample time for our guests to be shuttled and get settled before the ceremony begins! Shuttling will stop before the ceremony begins to ensure a quiet and distraction free ceremony. If you do arrive late you will be able to join us at cocktail hour and the reception!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation to see if you were allocated a plus-one! Only invited guests are allowed to come due to our venue size.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation! Although we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate a few children as they are a part of our immediate family or wedding party. However, during our reception and dancing we can not promise the music or atmosphere will remain child-friendly! Make arrangements and enjoy the party with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Rex Allen has ample parking for our guests. Guests will park near the venue, then be shuttled to our ceremony site. We do suggest carpooling or using a ride-share app if you plan to drink. You are also able to leave your car at the Venue until Sunday if necessary!

Answer

Yes! Our Amazon registry and Zola registry are linked here on our "Registry" tab at the top of the screen. Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you wish to give something, the registry offers a variety of options.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Due to our vendors needing a final count, please ensure that you RSVP by April 16th, 2026!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our dress code is "Semi-Formal or Spring Garden Formal". Our ceremony will be outside so please take that into consideration & please no jeans!
