When should I RSVP by?

Please RVSP by March 31st 2026. This is to ensure enough time to coordinate with vendors. Thank you!!!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We invite people to arrive around 3-3:30, as the ceremony begins at 4. This is an unplugged ceremony, so please no phones.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The theme is Spring Garden Party! Please feel free to dress colorful, within the provided color palette.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes kids are welcome, though we recommend making it a parent's night out!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are all in one place. There will be plenty of parking there, and will have overflow parking at Grandpas Higgins house across the street.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, please plan to provide your own transportation. There are ride share options like Uber and Lyft. We recommend opting for this if you plan on drinking.

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are a handful of hotels in the surrounding areas that are close to the venue. We recommend Redmond, Bend, or Tumalo. Sisters and Sunriver work, but they're just a little bit further. Venue address is provided, use that to your convivence to decide where you'd like to stay.

What is the timeframe?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 4pm, cocktail hour starts at 4:45, dinner starts at 6, reception ends around 10.

There is no transportation provided. Please plan to get yourself home from the wedding safely- whether this is uber or having a DD. We want everyone to have a fun safe evening!
