Please do not book any hotel accommodations at this time. We are currently finalizing our resort selection within the Lopesan Resort, Spa & Casino complex in Punta Cana, which includes multiple adjacent hotel properties. The resorts do not offer reciprocity between properties, so guests must stay at the finalized wedding resort in order to attend wedding events. For this reason, we kindly ask that you wait to book until all details are confirmed. We are deciding between a few on-site options to ensure the best experience for our guests, and one of the newer properties has experienced a delay in opening. We will be visiting as soon as it becomes available to finalize our decision. We will share complete booking information by July 1st here, including any group rates or booking codes. The resort is a 5-star, all-inclusive property located approximately 20 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). If you are not staying at the resort, a day pass will be required to attend wedding events. Please let us know so we can help coordinate access and ensure everything is accommodated smoothly.
We recommend arriving by Friday, February 5th to join us for the welcome party at 5:00 PM. The wedding will take place on Saturday, February 6th. Dani and Cam will be at the resort from Tuesday, February 1st through Monday, February 8th. We chose a destination wedding so we could spend quality time with our favorite people, and we hope you’ll be able to join us for as long as works best for you!
The resort is located approximately 20 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). We are currently finalizing transportation options and will share recommended arrival and transfer details here soon.
Yes! A valid passport is required to travel to the Dominican Republic. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
U.S. dollars are widely accepted and preferred at the resort and around Punta Cana, so there is no need to exchange currency. Most expenses will be covered by your all-inclusive stay, but if you plan to visit the on-site casino (Cam’s favorite), you may want to bring some cash.
Your stay covers all meals and drinks, including buffet dining, snacks, and à la carte restaurants throughout the resort, plus most activities. Spa treatments, excursions, and casino expenses are not included. Download the Lopesan Hotel Group app to make all restaurant reservations. We recommend booking these as soon as you arrive as they fill up quickly!
Think beach resort vacation: swimsuits, breathable clothing, sandals, sunglasses, and anything you’d want for sun and relaxation. Don’t forget sunscreen! And of course, be sure to pack your attire for our wedding events, including the Welcome Party and Wedding Day.
Welcome Party — Resort Casual Attire Think relaxed but polished. Pants or khaki shorts paired with a short-sleeved shirt or button-down are perfect. Sundresses, maxi dresses, dressy tops with skirts, or lightweight pants are also great options. Sandals or casual dress shoes work well for footwear. Wedding — Formal Cocktail Attire Suits or sport coats requested; ties are not expected (Cam won’t be wearing one). Floor-length dresses or elegant evening attire are encouraged. We kindly ask guests to dress in elevated, formal attire while keeping the tropical setting in mind. Lightweight, breathable fabrics are recommended for comfort.
Plus ones are indicated on your invitation. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
We are hoping to keep our wedding events primarily adults-only. However, we understand that traveling to a destination wedding can make childcare arrangements challenging. If bringing your child is what allows you to attend, please know we’d much rather have you there celebrating with us than miss the weekend entirely.
