Big Sky Barn can be found in the lovely town of Montgomery, TX. Nestled among the trees, the venue isn't easily seen from the main road, so make sure to follow your GPS directions. The address is 13576 Forest Ln, Montgomery, TX 77356.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00 pm, please try to be seated by 3:45.

The venue has free onsite parking.

Is this an unplugged wedding?

Answer

We appreciate the importance of staying connected, but we kindly ask that you turn off or silence your cell phones during the ceremony. Feel free to use your phones during the reception, but we really encourage everyone to immerse themselves in the wonderful festivities we have organized.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors, while the cocktail hour will be enjoyed in the courtyard.

What should I wear?

The event has a semi-formal dress code, so please avoid wearing jeans, shorts, t-shirts, or flip-flops. Aim for your "Sunday Best" attire.

We're going with emerald, burgundy, and pale pink. The bride will wear ivory, so please steer clear of any shades of white or cream.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We truly appreciate your kids and are thrilled that you want to join us for our special day! However, we kindly ask that you leave the little ones at home so you can enjoy our adults-only wedding celebration.

What's on the menu?

During the cocktail hour, we’ll be serving delicious catered hors d'oeuvres. For dinner, you can look forward to plated Rosemary Garlic Crusted Pork Loin and Texas Pecan Chicken. Our dessert selection will feature an assortment of cakes, pies, and parfaits. We truly hope you enjoy the menu we've put together! If you have any dietary restrictions or need a special meal, please don’t hesitate to contact Jimmie or Megan.

Will alcohol be served?

Absolutely! We intend to offer a selection of wines and beers, along with non-alcoholic choices like sodas, tea, and juices. Please note that outside alcohol will not be permitted in the venue.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Absolutely! I really hope you all love our music selections, but feel free to make requests to the DJ. Looking forward to seeing everyone on the dance floor!
