We're getting married!!!

There's nothing better than hanging out with your soon-to-be best friend and meeting your future husband all in the same day. Not long into working at Simed, I met my amazing friend/coworker, Shayna. After a little while of becoming fast friends, I was invited by her to a Planet Booty concert with her and two friends. Close to the day of the concert some plans had changed. The original two friends couldn't make it, so Shayna let me know one of her friends that just moved back to Ocala was able to make. Some Austin guy she thought I would get along with. Fast forward to the day of the concert, and I'm all nerves. I had never been to Shayna's place and I was meeting new people in a new environment, but who would have thought that that would be one of the best days of my life? I barely get the chance to knock on the door and some guy opens it to greet me. "Oh, you're definitely not Shayna." I said. He chuckled and introduced himself as Austin, and led me inside to where his diabolical plan fell into place: introducing me to Magic the Gathering. Maybe I should have said it was the best and financially the worst day of my life (thank goodness for color printers). That night I was taught how to roughly play MTG and realized that maybe I should work on better eye contact because the only thing I recalled was Austin's tattoos. Ahem. Anyways. Numbers were traded and our first date and many other firsts together were soon to follow. Today, we've made countless friends, traveled, loved fully, and now... we're planning a wedding. I like to think that the world has a reason for its fun coincidences. Especially the one where chance had us meet for the first time.
