What airport do I fly into?

Answer

The best option for out-of-town guests is Portland International Airport (PDX), which is about 58 miles north of downtown Salem. Eugene Airport (EUG) is another option, about 66 miles south of Salem. It’s a smaller airport, but can be convenient depending on your flight options.

What are the transportation options from the airport to Salem?

Answer

We recommend renting a car as public transit options are limited and the drive is about an hour. If you're staying at The Grand Hotel in Salem, they offer a shuttle service that can be arranged in advance by texting/calling Danny Wold 503-871-9144.

What transportation is available to and from your venue?

Answer

Ubers/Lyfts are available in Salem, and you should be able to easily get a ride from where you're staying to the venue. However, we recommend scheduling your return ride from the venue in advance, as availability can be limited later in the evening. We will also offer a shuttle service that will pick up guests from the hotels (The Grand Hotel and the Holman) and return them at the end of the evening. Please check our website soon for updated details.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Formal attire is requested for the celebration. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits or jackets, and ladies, cocktail or formal dresses. Please no denim or dresses in shades of white, ivory, or cream.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving to the venue at 3:30pm to ensure ample time to park and make your way to the ceremony area, as our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

Kindly respond by July 1. If we do not hear from you by that date, we will assume you are unable to attend. We look forward to celebrating with you!
