Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Brookgreen Gardens in Murrells Inlet, SC. Please note that the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors on the grounds.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive no later than 4:45 PM to be seated on time. We highly encourage arrival at 4:30 PM — this gives you plenty of time to find parking and enjoy a leisurely walk to the ceremony site.

How do I find the ceremony location?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held at Oak Allée, located just a 5–10 minute walk from the parking area. Brookgreen Gardens staff and clear signage will be on hand to guide guests to the ceremony location, and golf carts are available for those who need them.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the Main Parking/Event Parking for Leonard Pavilion lot at Brookgreen Gardens.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Black Tie — imagine elevated, formal garden party attire. Men: Tuxedos or formal dark suits. Women: Formal dresses or gowns.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love children, this is an adults-only event, with the exception of children participating in the wedding.

We're only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Yes, we are able to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know on the RSVP form, or by texting Ellie or Matt directly.

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the evening. Drinks are on Daisy & Duke!
