Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Formal Western with a Chic Twist. Check out our Pinterest Board for inspiration: https://tinyurl.com/2s4x5ecw However, the dress code for the wedding is not mandatory. Please dress in anything formal and festive that you feel comfortable in.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Santa Barbara is located on the coast and at the end of September it will likely be a high of 77°, low of 59°, with the average at about 68°. We highly encourage a jacket, sweater or shawl for the evening. Dinner will be in the courtyard with standing heaters, while dancing and the bar will be inside!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 5 PM sharp. Arrive at least 25 minutes beforehand to find a seat.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no parking at the venue, please either walk from your hotel if it's a reasonable distance or Uber.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at the ceremony?

Answer

We are strongly requesting that people do not have their phones out for the duration of the ceremony. We are asking our guests to be completely present during this time. There will be ample opportunities for photos during the cocktail hour and reception!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding is adults-only, but we hope you'll enjoy a night off and have a great time. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please check the Travel tab on our navigation bar.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

For any vegetarians we will be serving a Vegetarian Stuffed Tomato and Bell Pepper stuffed with Rice and Mixed Vegetables, topped with Feta Cheese, served with Roasted Potatoes. Please reach out to taramdunham@gmail.com to make a special request.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a very tight capacity. If your formal invitation does not specify a plus one, please still bring yourself!
