What time should I arrive? We recommend arriving at 12:15, as you will be seated at 12:30. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1pm. Where can I park? Parking is available at both the church & Hatfield Place. Please see our Travel section for more information. Can I leave my car overnight? Yes, cars may be left at Hatfield Place and collected the following day. Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors? The ceremony will take place inside the church, with the reception at Hatfield Place. There will be outside terraces to soak up the beauty of the grounds, however the majority of the day will be spent inside the venue which is air conditioned. What should I wear? We kindly suggest formal cocktail attire. Stylish and elevated, Tailored suits with a tie for the gentlemen and chic cocktail dresses for the ladies. Please do not wear black tie. Can I bring a plus one? Your invitation will specify. Will there be food for dietary requirements? Absolutely, please let us know any dietary needs when you RSVP, and our caterers will be happy to accommodate. What time does the evening finish? The celebrations will wrap up around midnight. We have provided details within our travel page of local taxi companies. We suggest booking them in advance. If you would like us to pre book you a taxi please let us know via the RSVP page. Can I take photos during the ceremony? The church ceremony is unplugged, therefore the use of phones & video equipment is not permitted. Photos & videos are more than welcome through the day at Hatfield place. We will be capturing the ceremony via our own photographer and videographer. How do I RSVP?
