Western Black Tie Casual (Yes, it’s a thing!) We’re blending classic elegance with Western style for a look that is polished, sophisticated, and unmistakably country. Gentlemen: A black or dark-colored button-down shirt is preferred, paired with dark, well-fitted jeans and dress boots. Sports coats are encouraged but optional. Please avoid light-wash denim, khaki pants, athletic wear, or overly casual attire. Ladies: A black or dark-colored cocktail dress, maxi dress, or dressy jumpsuit is perfect. Feel free to add a touch of Western charm with boots, statement jewelry, or tasteful Western-inspired accessories. The vibe: elevated Western, not formal black tie. No tuxedos or ball gowns are necessary—just your best dressy Western attire. Black is our preferred color and will help create the look and atmosphere we envision for our celebration. Bring a black cowboy hat if you got one!!
Guest should be seated no later than 4:20. Late guests will not be allowed into the ceremony.
To allow all guests (including parents!) a night of fun and celebration, we kindly ask that this be a child-free event.
Yes! There’s free valet parking on-site. If you're staying nearby, we also encourage carpooling. If you have a RV or camper please let Bre or Jordan know so we can make accommodations for onsite dry camping. No water or electricity will be provided.
Your invitation will indicate if you have a guest included. If you're not sure or have questions, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help clarify!
In Colorado, the weather can change its mind every five minutes — especially in the mountains. Evenings can be chilly, so we recommend bringing a layer just in case. The ceremony will be outdoors with no shade or cover.
Good question — we’ll be celebrating at elevation, so drink water often, pace yourself with alcohol, and give yourself time to adjust if you’re coming from sea level. Altitude can sneak up on you, even during a party!
Absolutely — come hungry and thirsty! We’ll have a full dinner, dessert, and plenty of drinks to go around. Let us know any dietary restrictions on your RSVP
The venue is a mix of rustic charm and modern comfort — beautiful outdoor views with amenities. Wear shoes that can handle a bit of gravel or grass! Heels are not recommended.
We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away while we exchange vows. Don’t worry — we’ll have a professional photographer capturing it all, and we’ll share the photos afterward!
