That day would live in infamy in time to come. Connected by fate (and friends), our long journey began before we even knew it. Our first romance kindled during the throes of senior year in high school, which led to our separate paths come graduation. Though the flame had to be quelled, our candle was never forgotten. Because of the universe's divine plan, we know now that there was always meant to be a connection between us. Hilariously, Dan was known to joke that Bianca was his "favorite ex" because of our ongoing friendship after high school. This would ring true for them and their overlapping circles of friends in the years to come. After many journies in each of our lives, our travels brought us back home to Phoenix, Arizona. At that time, neither of us knew right away that we were so close again, but soon enough rekindled our friendship through the help of a mutual friend: internet dating apps. That friendship was immediately thrown out the window as life took us on a whirlwind journey into a very fast, but very comfortable, relationship. This relationship included our fur babies, Max and Chloe. Once Chloe was willing to accept Dan into her life, Max was more than willing to accommodate a new shared household with a new loving momma!
