The Twin Dragons first introduced me to Hum back in 2003 when he made the move from Texas to Phoenix. Fresh-faced at 19, he was diving into his studies at ASU (lol). Shortly after, he was fortunate enough to began dating Theavy and the three of us became friends. Several years later, I moved to Hawaii, but the three of us always remained in close contact. They visited me on the islands numerous times, and I made sure to return to Phoenix to spend time with them. They have witnessed many different phases of my life path and I have borne witness to theirs. After all these years, they're more than friends – they're family.

La is the best man and Hum’s youngest brother. La lives in New York City, and is on a campaign to convince everyone to move there, but has been very unsuccessful. La is the only person in the whole world in which Hum can say he has known since he was born. Hum has been there for La since La’s day one, literally. And now La will be sad to lose Hum to someone else.

I knew of Hum when I was a poker dealer at Talking Stick Resort. He was always the loudest 4-8 Hold em player with no poker etiquette. Our friendship grew as we had similar interests at playing basketball 🏀 and playing poker. Hum has always been a loyal friend and I have always done my best to match or even top his loyalty.

I'm Theavy's little sister Thavary. The year was 1992 when I first met her. Of course, it was the strangest thing, thinking to myself who does this lady think she is?! First off, she started putting diapers on me, then bullied me throughout my adolescence, and now all she wants to do is get me wasted and braid my hair. She still scares me from time to time, but I suppose I've grown to like her. I'm very thankful for her to choose me as a bridesmaid, because I'm sure Yut (our oldest brother) would've replaced me if I said no. I love you sissypoo! Can't wait to get this party started woot woot!!!

My name is Nimul Best. Theavy and I meet the first time I stepped on American soil in 1986. She was about 6 months old and I was 2 1/2 years old, so neither of us remember much.😂 We spent a lot of time as kids together because if you didn’t know this, she’s my 1st cousin and growing up in an Asian house, you’re not allowed to have outside friends, 🤣😂 so instantly we were Best friend’s! 👯♀️ Theavy is probably the most goal oriented person I know in our family . She has like 4 different careers and somehow still finds the time to do all this traveling and of course go to the Casino. I am so excited that she’s getting married to Hum and I can’t wait to see them on this next journey in life together. See everyone in Cambodia!

The first time I met Theavy, I let her take my daughter to Arizona for the first time. Despite teaching my daughter about "stranger danger" I sent her off with a stranger I barely knew. As you can tell, I'm a good mom for letting my daughter run off to another state with a stranger. My gut guided me through the right path because ever since then, I've got to known the loving, caring, and adventurous person I get to call my sister in law.❤️

I'm Jessica, proud to be one of Theavy's bridesmaids! One of the few that made the cut. I guess you can say being her cousin gave me a leg up. Whatever. Given our moms are sisters, I suppose it was destined to be. Theavy and I share a special bond as cousins, and I'm thrilled to be standing by her side on her big day. I've always pictured what it would look like and who would be standing beside her. Guess it’s still that damn Hum! Theavy and our Hum, have graciously included me into their wedding planning process despite my occasional sarcasm. They seem to tolerate me. Maybe it helps that I’m in Hawaii. Anyways, I couldn’t be happier. Let’s do this!

I'm Robert Phoumsayasy, one of the groomsman. Bio: I'm currently serving in The US Army, been doing it for over 20 year. I like to enjoy anything outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping as well as snowboarding. Some of my hobbies include off-roading and collecting various firearms, unfortunately I lost them in a boating accident so I'm starting from scratch. How I met them: Hum's dad was friends with my dad and naturally we ended up just being friends since middle school. Soon after he left Utah and went to college in AZ and met Theavy, so we met her through Hum and now, here we are.
