We first met in high school and it was no secret that Sam had a huge crush on Zack, but nothing ever came of it at that time. Fast forward eight years when Sam made a quick weekend visit to NY to see her best friend, Carly, graduate from college, before Sam was moving to the D.C. area for a summer internship the next day. After her graduation, Carly convinced Sam to go out in White Plains, which was not Sam's plan right before having to move. Zack was living in White Plains at the time, and was going out to have a guys night with his friends. One of his friends convinced him to go to a bar he hates for one drink. When he walked into the bar, his friend said 'I just saw Sam Panny' and Zack asked "where is she?". Zack and his friend, who also knew Sam from high school, walked over towards the bar where Sam and Carly were buying drinks. Zack's friend came up to Sam to say hello and it had been years since Sam had seen him, so she asked what he was doing at that bar. Zack's friend said "I'm here with Zack Aquilino" and Sam stopped him mid sentence to say "Where is he?!". And the rest is history!!
