Grant and Paige met in the spring of 2016 up at college where they both attended the University of North Dakota. Paige being a year older than Grant, had already knew of the great places to hang out in Grand Forks, one of them being... "The Suites" (legendary football house!) This is where Grant and Paige first met as one of Paige's closest friends introduced them unaware of what could become. On October 28th, 2016 Grant asked Paige to be his girlfriend and of course she said "Yes!". Paige knew she was graduating with her undergrad just a short month and a half later but figured they would do long distance for the following two years as Grant stayed in Grand Forks playing football and finishing his degree. Things took a quick turn as the two of them did not want to start off their relationship living in separate states. With that being said, Paige stayed in Grand Fork for two more years so she could be with Grant. Fast forward to 2018, Grant graduated from the University of North Dakota in December and the two of them moved back to the Twin Cities together. It didn't take long as the two of them couldn't stand to live apart, to purchase their first apartment together at the beginning 2019. They spent their time cooking, binge watching their favorite tv shows, playing cards, drinking their favorite cocktails, and making the best of the world shutting down in 2020. As the couple came into 2023, they decided to start searching for their first house! In June of 2023, Paige and Grant bought their first house together. They spent the rest of the year getting settled in. Here comes the year of the start to forever, 2024. On February 9th 2024, Grant surprised Paige with a moment of a lifetime. Little did Paige know she would be becoming a fiancé that night. Grant planned a whole night of going up to the observation deck at the Foshay Tower in Downtown Minneapolis, PROPOSING, and surprising Paige with a night of friends, food, and champagne! Paige and Grant are so excited to start this new chapter with one another and cannot wait to celebrate their marriage with all of their loved ones! Cheers to forever - and yes, Paige's wish has been Granted ;)
