What is included in the hotel price?

What are the booking dates?

Answer

We recommend November 11th-November 18th! That way you’re not rushed before and after the wedding to leave. If you’d like to come earlier or stay later you are more than welcome to customize your dates. You must stay a min of 3 nights. See our schedule page for any questions with event days and times!

Where do we book our hotel?

Answer

How does payment for the room work?

Answer

A deposit is due upon booking and then you are allowed to make payments up until March 1, 2020. Please remember: all prices are based on the amount of people in each room! For example if you and your spouse are staying in the same room and the total cost for the trip is $2500, this means it’s $1250 per person. And keep in mind this includes all food, drinks, and activities while you’re at the resort!

Do I need my passport?

Answer

Yes - you need your passport! https://www.usa.gov/passport will have all the answers to your questions regarding obtaining a new passport.

Can I stay at a different resort?

Answer

We would recommend you staying at the resort we are getting married at - we will be doing daily activities and other things besides just the wedding day and a day pass will cost you $115 per day and $77 on the day of the wedding. Please reach out to our travel agent Carla with any questions you have with booking!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

April 1st, however we recommend you book your room ASAP to being making payments (especially if you are staying outside of our blocked room dates)

When are your blocked room dates?

Answer

We have blocked enough rooms for everyone between Thursday May 14th - Thursday May 21st. If you’d like to stay later than the 21st or come earlier than the 14th, please work with our travel agent Carla through the booking site!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will have a Welcome Dinner and Goodbye Brunch as well! These are both listed on the schedule page of this site.

Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals.
