Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to and from the venue from the hotel. The shuttle will run periodically after dinner until the end of the dance with the last bus leaving at 12. Shuttle will leave at 3: 30 pm from the hotel ! Pre-Ceremony: 3:30 Bus 1 depart hotel 3:45 Bus 2 depart hotel Post Reception: 9:00 -Bus 1 depart venue 10:00-Bus 1 depart venue 11:00-Bus 1 depart venue 11:30-Bus 2 depart venue 12:00-Bus 1 depart venue

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30, plan to arrive around 4:00-4:15 so you can get settled in. Being on time will help avoid disruptions and ensure everyone can enjoy the moment fully!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events are indoors (ceremony, dinner, and reception). Although there is an outdoor space for yard games and getting some fresh air.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue and you are able to leave your car overnight. Please pick up your car by 11 am the next morning.
