Flight
Wish you could teleport to the venue? Us, too. We recommend using Kayak.com to search/book your flight to/from London. If you're coming from the East Coast, John F Kennedy Airport (JFK) tends to offer the cheapest options. London Heathrow (LHR) is ideal for landing, as it is only 30 minutes away from the venue, but Gatwick works too. Try to avoid Stansted as it is on the other side of London. If you're coming from England, Heathrow or Gatwick airport tend to offer the cheapest options. John F. Kennedy (JFK) airport is ideal for landing, as it is only 1:45 hours away from the venue, but Laguardia (LGA), Newark (NWR) or Bradley International Airport (BDL) work too.
Flight
Not sure on which days to fly? "Red eyes" (overnight flights) work best for busy schedules and early morning flights can help with the jet-lag. Looking to save a few extra bucks? Departures on Thursdays and Tuesdays tend to be cheaper as people travel less on those days. Only staying a few days? Skip the checked bag and limit your weekend attire to a carry-on. Most airlines allow two (one above, one under the chair) and you can easily stash a purse inside when going through security. Hoping to travel outside of England before or after? Check out Ryan Air for cheap flights around the EU. Please note that it is not a luxury airline and very barebones amenties.
Hotel
Worried about driving post party? You can stay at the venue! This 12th Century abbey contains vaulted ceilings and dramatic landscape, along with modernized rooms and a decadent afternoon tea menu. Please let us know if you'd like to stay here when you RSVP- we'll need to book on your behalf :)
House Or Rental
Wanting to book as a group? There are plenty of cottages for rent on Airbnb or Vrbo. Towns like High Wycombe, Amersham, Chesham, and Aylesbury are recommended but do feel free to run options past us if you're unsure.
Hotel
Need a room for the night? We'd rather you take the shuttle and crash at the hotel than drive :) We've blocked off 30 rooms, just in case.
