Question

Can I take videos and photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “Unplugged” ceremony which means we are asking that all phones will be off or turned to silent and put away for the ceremony. There will be a moment during the ceremony where you will be able to take a few quick photos. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture one of the most important moments in our lives and we would hate to have guests phones or cameras blocking the special moments. After the ceremony exit please feel free to take as many photos as you would like.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive from 3:30-3:45 PM as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. Please do not be late! If you are you will not be able to join the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers. Ladies please refrain from wearing white, cream, or champagne. Bridesmaids will be wearing dusty blue.

Can I bring a date?

We tried our best to accommodate a plus one for all of our amazing friends and family, but we only have room for as many seats as were addressed in the invitation. We appreciate your respect with this decision.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn (West Chester/Downingtown). Times for the shuttle can be viewed under the hotel section closer to the date or please see the front desk at the hotel.

For those that wear heels...

Answer

Please be aware that you will need to walk through grass to the ceremony space, please plan your shoe choice accordingly!

For those with mobility difficulties......

There will be a club cart available 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and until the conclusion of cocktail hour to take you to and from the ceremony space.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kids unless specifically noted on the invitation we ask that you please keep them at home and enjoy a night out!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of Course! Please make note of it when you RSVP, you can also text the Bride or Groom!
