Question

Are you sure May 10, 2025? As in 6 months?

Answer

Yes! We are so excited to get married and start the rest of our lives together (and all the potential legal paperwork) that we couldn't pass up a wedding in just six months. We understand it is short notice, but if you can make it happen, we hope to spend our special weekend with you.

Question

What does this weekend hold?

Answer

We hope you can arrive on Friday for dinner and meet our favorite people! On Saturday, we hope to walk the trails, visit the beach, play games, and relax before the afternoon ceremony. We will celebrate Saturday evening and then wake up for a goodbye breakfast on Sunday. We want this to be a weekend of fun with all the people we don't get to see enough.

Question

What is the ceremony dress code?

Answer

Our ceremony dress code is formal with fun, colorful outfits encouraged. For those wearing dresses, long dresses are recommended. For the rest of the weekend, feel free to wear whatever you'd like! Springtime in Maine can be a little chilly, but we are hopeful for a warm and sunny weekend.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

French's Point is our dream venue, but it has a small capacity. Only the names included on the invitation can be accommodated at the event, but we know there are many more people we would have loved to share our special day with.

Question

By when do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We ask that everyone RSVPs by January 15, 2025. For those staying on-site, you will get your link for accommodation from French's Point for your suite for the weekend festivities sent directly from the venue. For those staying off-site, please book directly with Steamboat Wharf Cabins.
