Our Story
Once Upon A Time In Brooklyn...
Like many New Yorkers, we met on Hinge...though our first date almost never happened. I nearly cancelled after not hearing from Evan all morning and assumed I had been stood up. After a quick text thanking him for wasting my time, he called immediately and convinced me to give him a chance.
As if he had read my mind, he chose a place that had been on my list for two years - Maison Premiere - for our date. When I walked through the restaurant into the garden, I saw what would become my future husband
waiting with oysters and the best dirty gin martinis in New York City (a very direct route to my heart).
What was supposed to be a quick date turned into nearly five hours exploring Williamsburg, Brooklyn, laughing like we'd known each other for years. Somewhere between the conversations and the jokes, I realized I felt completely at ease.
Fast forward two years and countless memories later, we couldn't be happier to say, "I do".
