Our Story
February 21, 2016 - Forever
The first time I had heard of Anaya was on the bus in grade school, and by heard I mean heard her loudly yapping away with her friends all the way across the bus. Going to the same small-town school you might’ve assumed we were friends for years, but nope. We did know of eachother growing up but didn’t become acquaintances until later in high school. I would always flirt with her and tell her I was going to get her a Maserati when I married her (I didn’t exactly say when during the marriage though so I think I’m in the clear for a bit). Senior year I asked our mutual friend, Allie, to actually put in a good word for me. We both played it cool meanwhile we were pretty excited. Obviously Anaya was estatic, completely filled with excitement. We went on some dates and you know the rest. We have continued to grow together through college and into adulthood. Now here we are getting married!
