Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! First shuttle pick up is at 3:45 PM at the Hyatt Place Mystic, departing 3:50 PM. Second shuttle pick up is at 3:55 PM at the Hilton Mystic, departing at 4:00PM. Final pick up will be at 4:05 PM at the Holiday Inn Express, departing at 4:10 PM. If you are not staying at these hotels, you are welcome to park at one fo the hotels (parking is free) and grab a ride. Additionally, you can drive to the venue on your own. Overnight parking is allowed with gates opening at 7:30 AM the next day if you need to retrieve your car. Uber and Lyft are also options. There will be a shuttle available after the reception.

What is the "Welcome Party!" and am I invited?

Answer

The "Welcome Party!" is a last minute addition to the schedule for the weekend and you are all invited! Come join us at Engine Room to eat, drink and grab a welcome bag to thank you for traveling to celebrate with us. If you can't make the party, we will bring your bag to the venue :)
