We ask that all RSVPs be completed no later than Sept 14th. If there is a change to your attendance, please be sure to notify us so that we can plan accordingly. This allows us to plan appropriately for catering and seating.

Doors will open to the Venue at 330p. Ceremony starts at 4pm. At 4pm they will stop traffic from entering until after the ceremony. PLEASE BE ON TIME!
We ask that you dress nicely as this is intended to be a FORMAL/Semi-formal event.
ABSOLUTELY NOT. Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender on site. We will have a select drink menu to choose from including the bride and groom specials.
NO. Please only bring those addressed on your invitation as we have accounted for a certain amount of people. If there is questions or concerns please reach out to us ASAP.
We have accounted for our immediate family and their children but we encourage you to use this evening as a night out for yourself to enjoy and have fun.
We live in the boonies. Ubers and taxis are few and far in between. We encourage you to drink responsibly and PLEASE catch a ride with another guest if needed. Vehicles are permitted to stay on the venues premises until the next morning but must be picked up by 9am Sunday morning. No exceptions
The ceremony will be outside. The reception will be in an enclosed pavilion.
There are not many options for hotels nearby. The closet ones are in Tappahannock, VA which is about 25 minutes from the venue. Please see the accommodations section above for more information.
