What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a nice button-down with slacks.

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the guests that are invited. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place right outside the barn, we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Once you turn into the gate, you will follow the road and the signs to the venue. This is about a 6 minute drive from the front gate to the venue, so make sure to take in the scenery around you and look out for a zebra amongst the cows!

What is the parking situation at the venue?

Answer

Once you arrive, a parking attendant will let you know where to park. Once parked, a golf cart will arrive to pick you up and take you to the venue. They will also do the same for departing.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30min to an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light stationed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and seltzers!

Are there hotel accommodations?

Answer

Yes! We have set aside two room blocks for you just 25 minutes away from the venue. Both hotels are located by River City Marketplace near the airport and have a large variety of restaurants and stores for your convenience!
