FAQs

Question

What date should I reply by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP for yourself and your party by December 5, 2025, via our wedding website. While responses are due by this date, we would be grateful to receive your reply at your earliest convenience; once your plans are confirmed.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is black-tie optional, which is a fusion of black-tie and formal fashion. Feel free to wear a tuxedo or a floor-length gown if you would like! A dark suit and tie or a sophisticated cocktail dress (midi-maxi length) are equally appropriate. We suggest an outfit that leans upscale and elegant -- dress your best and get ready for a celebratory evening of love and laughter!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Children are welcome to attend if your invitation is addressed with '& Family'. We kindly ask that parents supervise their little ones to ensure they are behaving appropriately during the event.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will take place under the outdoor pavilion, followed by cocktail hour on the outdoor terrace and in the adjoining bar lounge area. While heaters will be provided, we kindly encourage guests to dress appropriately for the weather for this portion of the event. Dinner, dancing, and the remainder of the evening’s celebration will be held indoors in the Great Room.

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding?

Answer

We will be providing complimentary shuttle service between the Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center North and The Sanctuary. Shuttles will depart from the hotel prior to the ceremony and will be available throughout the evening to return guests to the hotel during the reception. More detailed timing and instructions will be shared closer to the event. For guests who prefer to drive, complimentary valet and free self-parking will be available upon arrival at The Sanctuary.

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at The Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center North. Please book your stay by January 16, 2026 (or earlier) to guarantee a room in our block. Visit our "Travel" tab for the hotel reservation link and more detailed information.

Question

What is the best airport to use?

Answer

We recommend guests flying to our event travel through Denver International Airport (DEN). This airport offers a wide variety of airlines and flight options to suit different schedules. Once you’ve landed, you’ll find plenty of convenient transportation options available, including taxis, ride-sharing services like Uber, and rental cars to get you to your next destination with ease.

Question

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We plan on having an entree choice that's vegan, gluten and nut free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Our cocktail hour appetizers will also all be clearly marked if they are allergy friendly. If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar and non-alcoholic beverage bar provided for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home address. Our registry can be found here on our website under the "Registry" tab. A wedding card box will be at our reception as well.

Question

What's the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at The Sanctuary on February 19, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap up around 10pm.

Question

What time should I arrive to your ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 3pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to get settled, walk to the ceremony space, and find a seat.

Question

Could you suggest places to eat, drink, and see while I'm in Denver/Colorado?

Answer

Check out the "Things to Do" section of our website to see some of the top spots to eat, drink and explore in the area.

Question

Will there be other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

We’re still finalizing the details and logistics for a possible welcome party before the big day or a farewell brunch the morning after. Stay tuned—more information will be shared as plans come together!

Question

Where will wedding updates be posted?

Answer

Additional updates or changes that need your attention will appear on our wedding website homepage.
