Question

How do I RSVP and when is my RSVP due by?

Answer

Please RSVP through our wedding website using the "RSVP" tab. All RSVP's are due by Monday, November 17th, 2025.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will be missed. We ask that you RSVP "No" as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP'd "Yes", but find that you cannot make it please update your response and notify the bride or groom at 407-353-8989 and 407-616-7251, respectively.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked "No". We will miss celebrating with you, but our vendors will not have an accurate guest count by the time required. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive for ceremony?

Answer

Please do not arrive to the venue earlier than 3:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm and late arrivals will be asked to join the cocktail hour.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue constraints, please do not bring additional guests aside from the quantity indicated on your invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Will your wedding be indoors, or outdoors?

Answer

All of our wedding day celebrations will be held outdoors. Please plan and dress accordingly!

What is wedding day dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional - think classy garden party. For women, a floor length gown is always appropriate, but you also have the option of wearing a dressy cocktail dress or elegant separates. For men, a suit paired with a dress shirt, tie and dress shoes. Don't be afraid of color - wedding colors are greens and blues!

What is the welcome party?

Answer

Following our rehearsal dinner, we will be opening up our venue, Refinery Jax Beach, to all guests starting at 8pm! We will have a bar tab for those already in town and looking to join us the night before :) This is 100% optional, and we understand if your travel plans do not allow you to attend. Please dress in semi-formal attire.
