We’re Getting Married

It all began one fateful evening at a lively bar called The Thirsty Turtle. The dimly lit space was filled with laughter and the sound of clinking glasses, but amidst the chatter, two strangers were drawn together by a shared love for darts. As the night unfolded, the groom, Anthony , was in the middle of a friendly competition with his friends. The Bride, Brittney, was out for a evening with her sister, looking to catch up, have a few beers, and play their usual rounds of darts. When just about ready to leave, Anthony saw Brittney walking into the bar and changed plans to stay for another round. As Brittney made her way over to the dart board next to Anthony and his friends, She confidently moved their glasses to the side of the shared hightop table. She was focused, aiming for the bullseye when a playful challenge came from across the room. The groom, was confident (from the beers), a natural on the dartboard. Intrigued, she accepted his challenge. What started as a lighthearted game quickly turned into a spirited match filled with laughter and playful banter. By the end of the night, they exchanged numbers, promising to meet again for another round. They both retreated to opposite sides of the bar( unable to see each other), when a beer was placed in front of Brittney. Confused, as she did not order another round the bartender replies with “the guy on the other side of the bar got you a beer”. Unable to resist the excitement of the evening, he dialed her number right then and there. To his delight, she answered almost immediately, wanting to make sure the beer went the right person. Her face lit up with surprise and joy at the unexpected call, she couldn’t help but smile.
