The Lloyd is a block away from the church, as well as many other Downtown Stamford hot spots, making it a convenient option for the weekend! We have a select number of rooms at a discounted rate reserved in our room block for Friday & Saturday. Please use the link below to make a reservation by September 9, 2026. You can also call (203)363-7900 and identify yourself as part of the Sperduti-Matesevac/Miller Wedding Group. Valet parking is available for $30/night, or you can park your car at Bell Street Garage next door for a more discounted rate.

For guests staying at the The Lloyd, transportation will be provided to the Country Club of New Canaan. Return transportation will be provided for hotel guests at the end of the reception.
Flight
There are many airport options within equal distance to Stamford, CT. For our Australian crew, we reccomend flying into Newark, and then taking a rideshare or Amtrak train directly to Stamford. For those flying into JFK or LGA, taking a rideshare to Stamford is usually the easiest option. It is about 1-1.5 hours via car.
Train
Both Amtrak and Metro North lines stop at Stamford, and it is a quick taxi, or walk, right into Downtown Stamford. We reccomend utilizing the train if you will not have a car! For our friends and family traveling from Australia, if you would like to experience NYC for the day, you can take Metro North right to Grand Central. The ride is about an hour.
