Seattle Tips

The Wedding Website of Trân Lê and Max Lerch
Aside from Seattle's mainstay spots like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and our numerous beautiful parks (Gas Works, Kerry, Golden Gardens, Discovery, Seward, Volunteer and more!), these are a few of our other favorite things —

Ballard (Hiram M. Chittenden) Locks

3015 Northwest 54th Street, Seattle, WA 98107

See the boats, see the lock, see the water, wow wow wow. If you're lucky, you'll see the seals looking for their salmon buffet!

Sunset Hill Park

7531 34th Avenue Northwest, Seattle, WA 98117

One of our favourite spots to see sunset - the Olympic Mountains overlooking Puget Sound, what could be better!

Lynn Street Mini Park

2291 Fairview Avenue East, Seattle, WA 98102

We love exploring little neighborhood nooks of the city. The street-end parks near the East Lake Union houseboats are all charmers. Get a drink and snack at Pete's Supermarket and take a stroll to check out all the mini-parks lining the waterfront, plus some views on the houseboats!

Fremont Sunday Street Market

3401 Evanston Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98103

Flea/Crafts/Snacks Sunday Market in Fremont. Always fun browsing all the vendor booths, don't miss the parking garage! We also love sitting by the canal to people/boat watch on a warm day.

Hey Bagel

4610 Village Ct NE, Seattle, WA 98105

Aside from the ones Max makes, these are the best bagels in Seattle! Watch out for long lines tho 😅. We also just generally love the outdoor mall that the bagel spot is located in. On any random day, we'll find an excuse to come here.

El Camion

4529 Sand Point Way Northeast, Seattle, WA 98105

Our favorite Mexican spot and right by the venue! Max's order: Pollo Mole Burrito and a Jamaica. Trân's order: Carnitas tacos with a side of grilled jalapenos and whatever tamales they got! Heads up, they're steamed in banana leaves instead of corn husks ✨

Sea Wolf Bakers

3617 Stone Way North, Seattle, WA 98103

Grab pastries and coffee here and take a stroll over to Gas Works to munch with a view! Stone Way Cafe and Aroom (Vietnamese coffee) nearby are also delicious!

Ezell's Famous Chicken

2300 North 45th Street, Seattle, WA 98103

Local Famous Chicken, it's in the name! We always go for the spicy version 🌶️

Un Bien

6226 Seaview Avenue Northwest, Seattle, WA 98107

Declicioussss Caribbean food in a colorful, cute shack. Grab to-go and head across the street to a secret mini beach, Point Shilshole, and enjoy the food with a stunner sunset. Don't tell anyone! 🤫 Secret Congee and Ray's Boathouse, located nearby, are also delicious.

Local Tide

401 North 36th Street, Seattle, WA 98103

Fun and tasty spot for seafood snacks, sandwiches, and bowls

Made in House

3508 Fremont Place North, Seattle, WA 98103

Homey Korean foods with great drinks and a wonderful sitting space to pair!

RockCreek Seafood & Spirits

4300 Fremont Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98103

Our favourite fancy seafood spot in Seattle!

FlintCreek Cattle Co

8421 Greenwood Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98103

Non-seafood, beef-centric sister restaurant to RockCreek above! They know what they're doing!

Layers Green Lake

7900 East Green Lake Drive North, Seattle, WA 98103

Intentional and inventive sandwich joint, right next to Green Lake, our home turf!

For all the days along the way
