See the boats, see the lock, see the water, wow wow wow. If you're lucky, you'll see the seals looking for their salmon buffet!
One of our favourite spots to see sunset - the Olympic Mountains overlooking Puget Sound, what could be better!
We love exploring little neighborhood nooks of the city. The street-end parks near the East Lake Union houseboats are all charmers. Get a drink and snack at Pete's Supermarket and take a stroll to check out all the mini-parks lining the waterfront, plus some views on the houseboats!
Flea/Crafts/Snacks Sunday Market in Fremont. Always fun browsing all the vendor booths, don't miss the parking garage! We also love sitting by the canal to people/boat watch on a warm day.
Aside from the ones Max makes, these are the best bagels in Seattle! Watch out for long lines tho 😅. We also just generally love the outdoor mall that the bagel spot is located in. On any random day, we'll find an excuse to come here.
Our favorite Mexican spot and right by the venue! Max's order: Pollo Mole Burrito and a Jamaica. Trân's order: Carnitas tacos with a side of grilled jalapenos and whatever tamales they got! Heads up, they're steamed in banana leaves instead of corn husks ✨
Grab pastries and coffee here and take a stroll over to Gas Works to munch with a view! Stone Way Cafe and Aroom (Vietnamese coffee) nearby are also delicious!
Local Famous Chicken, it's in the name! We always go for the spicy version 🌶️
Declicioussss Caribbean food in a colorful, cute shack. Grab to-go and head across the street to a secret mini beach, Point Shilshole, and enjoy the food with a stunner sunset. Don't tell anyone! 🤫 Secret Congee and Ray's Boathouse, located nearby, are also delicious.
Fun and tasty spot for seafood snacks, sandwiches, and bowls
Homey Korean foods with great drinks and a wonderful sitting space to pair!
Our favourite fancy seafood spot in Seattle!
Non-seafood, beef-centric sister restaurant to RockCreek above! They know what they're doing!
Intentional and inventive sandwich joint, right next to Green Lake, our home turf!
