Elk Rock Island
This is one of our favorite places to go fishing or have a nice walk together.
Dahl Beach City Park
This is right outside of Maya and Dustin's apartment and also where they take their morning walks together. Walk on the beach, feed the ducks or try your hand at fishing! If you do plan on checking this place out please reach out to Maya and Dustin as they have direct walking access to the park without having to pay the daily rec fee at the main entrance.
Mount Talbert Nature Park
This is where Dustin took Maya on their first date!
Bajio Mexican Grill
This is Maya's all time favorite place to eat. So if you go here you have to get her favorite dish, the nachos!
Black Rock Coffee
Dustin's favorite coffee shop! We recommend the Caramel Blondie, blended with extra caramel drizzle. Yum!
Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Store
Want to grab some breakfast before the reception? We recommend stopping here as it is just down the road from the reception!
Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area
Dustin and Maya have gone on many hikes here at the Columbia River Gorge. They love the scenery, waterfalls and fresh air! Not a big hiker? There are plenty of sights to see without having to hike in! Plus it makes for a beautiful drive.
Sauvie Island Beach
Maya and Dustin love visiting Sauvie Island and have been many times together. They mostly go to fish but don't mind the beautiful drive and wildlife!
Rockaway Beach
Rockaway is one of Maya and Dustins favorite beaches! Check out local shops, the beach and eat lots of Seafood!
Birrieria Carlos
This is a favorite of Dustins and for good reason! They have some great tacos and delicious agua frescas!
Detroit Lake
Dustin and Maya have visited this lake quite a few times. They spend most of their time at a secret spot they found while exploring that has a waterfall and fishing!
Trillium Lake
Maya and Dustin have been here a few times to fish and it is just as beautiful in person as in photos! This is also where Dustin accidentally got hooked in the scalp with a Kastmaster while on a date with Maya.
