Both the wedding ceremony and reception are to be held at Pier Suite. The address is 41 Fort Pickens Road, Pensacola Beach, Florida. The venue is on the third floor of the building. Walk towards the Pensacola Pier and there will be a door on your left. This is where the elevator is located. Once on the elevator, the code to gain access to the third floor is 58#.
Yes, there is a free parking lot in front of and adjacent to the venue.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 530 PM, so please be present and seated prior to that time.
We are asking for an 'unplugged' ceremony meaning please NO phones out during the ceremony. We are asking that you be fully present during that time and to please allow our photographer to capture those intimate moments. However, feel more than free to take your own, fun photographs during the reminder of the evening!
To RSVP, click on the RSVP tab and type in your name as it appears on your invitation. You should be able to RSVP for everyone in your party. We are not including children 3 and under in the actual RSVP number. Please call or text (239) 206-0342 if you have any issues whatsoever RSVP'ing and we will happily RSVP for you.

Yes, feel more than free to include your children in our celebration! However, we are asking that children under the age of 3 do not get their own dinner plate nor are counted in the RSVP number. We appreciate your understanding.
We are leaving that decision up to our guests! The Hampton Inn, the Holiday Inn, and the Hilton Pensacola Beach are the closest hotels to our venue, but there are plenty of different options for accommodations along the beach. We are staying at the Portofino Island Resort. It is located about 4 miles from the venue, but offers a wide selection of condominiums! Paradisebeachhomes.com offers an array of beach homes and condominiums for rent, but there are also plenty of Airbnb's and even romantic bed and breakfasts in the area.
Unfortunately, no. It is still possible to get to the beach via the Garcon Point bridge, but allow for an hour of travel time if commuting from downtown Pensacola. If possible, arrange to stay on or near the beach. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our guests.
