Yes! All guests are welcome to use the transportation we are providing. There is a 56 person bus that will complete a round trip approximately every 20 minutes, starting at the Detroit Marriott hotel entrance and ending at the Masonic Temple. Addition information will be provided closer to the wedding date.
We've selected black tie as optional for our wedding dress code. For men, we recommend either a tuxedo or suit and tie. For women, we recommend a full-length or midi gown, pantsuit or dressy separates. We respectfully request that white is reserved for the bride.
Guests visiting the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center can select from the following: 1. On-Site Parking for $6 hourly or $27 daily 2. Valet Parking for $40 daily 3. The Masonic Temple is located at 500 Temple St, Detroit, MI 48201. Guests should enter through the 2nd avenue entrance. You will be greeted by the wonderful staff upon entry and escorted up to the 5th floor for our ceremony, you may choose the elevator or stairs. Please plan to arrive early as there may be other events hosted at this time. The Masonic will provide us an event schedule 2 months ahead of our date and FAQs will be updated accordingly.
If driving to the Masonic Temple, guests will be required to find their own parking. Please allocate extra time as there will likely be multiple events in the surrounding area. We recommend using google maps. There are parking lots surrounding the Masonic on Cass Ave and Temple St. The Little Caesars Area Garage is also available and a 3 minute walk from the Masonic. Please do not leave any valuables in your vehicle.
Please help us start the celebration at cocktail hour. Guests should head to the 4th floor by stairs or the elevator. The wonderful team at the Masonic will be waiting to escort you!
