Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invited guests are included by name on invitations. We’d love to meet your date or significant other another time, but have limited invited “plus ones” to domestic partners only. Sorry!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Young adults 16 or older are included by name on invitations and invited to the ceremony and reception! Children under the age of 16 are very welcome to attend the ceremony! But we ask that they please depart afterwards, as the reception is young adults and adult adults only.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The vibe is casual but elegant and we’d suggest cocktail party/ garden party attire. This means cocktail and summer dresses, jumpsuits, slacks and sports coats or full suits, or dress slacks and dress shirts or blouses. There is no strict dress code, however please do not wear jeans. …Unless it’s a denim tuxedo. 🤠

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked off rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites and Westford Regency Inn. Both hotel's informations and the booking link for our discounted room blocks are available in the Travel section of this website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a small parking lot attached to the church and guests can also use parking lot at the public library, which is next door.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we are renting a bus to bring guests to and from the wedding and reception but only at select times. Otherwise there are ride sharing apps in town, or other guests. Please do not drink and drive; we will find you a ride!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

3:45pm or slightly before for a good seat!

I’m vegetarian or vegan. What can I eat?

Answer

While dinner is BBQ, we have asked that the mac&cheese, collard greens, corn bread, and seasonal veggie be prepared vegetarian (and those items that do not include diary or eggs are therefore vegan). We will also be serving vegetarian tacos but have a limited number, so please ask our serving staff about these!

Should I bring cash for the bar?

We will have an open bar for beer and wine at the reception! Please feel free to bring cash to tip our lovely bar tenders and/or to buy booze for the after party which is BYOB.
