Trolley and Shuttle Bus Times-

Answer

Trolley to and from hotel before ceremony: Boards outside the Westin Hotel at 3:40PM and 4:20PM. *limited space on each trip* Bus to and from the hotel at end of night: Boards outside the Fairlie and 11:20PM and 12:00PM.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue by 4:45PM to keep the night on track. Ceremony will start at 5:00 PM

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be adult-only celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We will have a shuttle bus to transport to and from the hotel, but if you are driving there is free onsite parking for about 40 cars. Additionally, there is free street parking pending availability.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire preferred, but we are hoping you are comfortable and ready to dance.
