Our Story

Koby and Tori met all the way back in first grade at Pot Springs Elementary. As young kids who have a crush on each other naturally do, they simply never said anything. Before they knew it, graduation reared its head, and they were off their separate ways to Loyola Blakefield and Roland Park. As the years passed and eighth grade came around, Tori decided to pull her big girl pants on and make the first move reaching back out to Koby. Sparks flew instantly and they became inseparable. They stayed together until senior year of high school when they went their separate ways to grow as individuals; not entirely sure who the other was without each other. Unbeknownst to them, a short year later, they would reconnect with a greater appreciation not only for each other but also their grown maturity. Their love continued to grow stronger throughout their college years where they both attended Towson University. Tori and Koby ended their college careers living together in a home with his lacrosse teammates and adopting their first pup, Nala. They moved to Hampden for a stint while getting their bearings on adult life. On March 30th, 2022, Koby took Tori and Nala for a sunset hike to their favorite overlook at Loch Raven and proposed. Not long after, they moved into their first apartment in Hunt Valley. This is where they welcomed their second pup, Simba, to their family... much to the dismay of their spoiled only child, Nala. The walls of their first apartment continued to grow smaller as their dogs grew bigger and wilder. Towards the end of 2023, Koby accepted a job offer in Charlotte. While moving away from their closest family and friends was no easy feat, they found strength in each other and have since created a home in North Carolina. They cannot wait to officially become husband and wife and continue to grow their love stronger and family larger. They extend their deepest love and gratitude to their family and friends; all of whom have played a large role in where they are today.
