The One Where Eric & Sara Get Married!

Eric and I met in the summer of 2015 after college. I was 23 and Eric had just turned 24. We were both early in our careers and were eager to begin our adult lives. Our first date was at the Mayor Of Old Town in Fort Collins, CO and our second date was a walk along the Poudre River Trail the very next day. From there we began going on dates and hanging out whenever possible. From the beginning of our relationship it was like we just fit into each others lives effortlessly. Conversation was easy, we both grew up with the same values, we love the outdoors and despise board games. The nearly 9 years by the date of our wedding have been full of amazing memories, moments and events together. We can’t wait to share our very special milestone of getting married with you! The location of the ceremony/reception is the Westlake Village Inn’s Wine Cellar Room. After our short ceremony we will move into a cocktail and appetizer hour followed by a sit down dinner, cake cutting and dancing! Mauritius, an Indian Ocean island nation, is known for its beaches, lagoons and reefs. The mountainous interior includes Black River Gorges National Park, with rainforests, waterfalls, hiking trails and wildlife like the flying fox. About 2,000 kilometres (1,100 nautical miles) off the southeastern coast of East Africa, east of Madagascar it is known for being one of the top 10 Honeymoon destinations of the world and is where our wonderful friends/next door neighbors Charly and Cat grew up! This is how we learned about this amazing place! This will be the furthest trip we’ve ever made and a new spot for us. We are so excited to check it out and possibly another part of Africa, if we have the time!
