Attached to your invitation is a QR code whereby you can RSVP, or you can visit the 'RSVP' section of this website. Kindly RSVP by the 20th June 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "no". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope that you understand.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you have received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourselves!
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire for the evening. No jeans, t-shirt, or trainers, please! Women, please refrain from wearing white or shades of white.
The most important thing for us is for you to be present yourselves! Gifts are not a requirement from guests, but if you would like to give us something, we would really appreciate any contribution towards our honeymoon. (You can find this information on the Registry tab) If you would rather purchase a gift, feel free to surprise us in your own way!
Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. The venue have kindly said that you can collect your car the next day by 4pm if you would like to leave it there overnight.
As much as we are hoping the weather will allow an outdoor ceremony, our venue also has a beautiful inside option. We should be able to get a better idea closer to the wedding day.
During the ceremony, guest can sit whichever side of the wedding aisle they like! There will be some seats already reserved for the wedding party.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking all phones to be on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day, and we'd hate for their shots to have phones in them! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like. (Don't forget to upload them to the QR code available on the day)
It is at the discretion of our venue staff whether they can seat you without causing a disturbance, but the likelihood is that you will be asked to wait outside until the ceremony is finished. This is why we have recommended our guests arrive at 14:30 ready for a 15:00 start.
Yes! Under the "accommodation" tab of this website you can find details of nearby hotels. These are the ones closet to the venue but you are more than welcome to say somewhere else of your choosing.
