Do I have to stay at The Islander?
Answer
You do not have to stay at the venue to attend our wedding, but please note that the additional weekend events will be exclusive to guests staying on-site. If you prefer to stay off the property, there are plenty of other accommodations. However, we hope you’ll treat yourself to a relaxing getaway and make the most of this special weekend with us!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’d love for you to celebrate with us in style! The dress code is Island Formal—chic, tropical vibes with a touch of sophistication. For women, we encourage vibrant, bright colored floor length dresses that capture the spirit of the Florida Keys. Men can go with a formal suit creating a polished, island-inspired look. Ensuring you feel as great as you look in the island paradise!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Early December in Islamorada offers the perfect tropical weather with warm days in the mid-70s & cooler evenings in the upper 60s. All wedding events will be hosted outdoors to take full advantage of the beautiful weather.

Do I have to attend all wedding events?
Answer
Not at all! We’d love to see you at any or all of our wedding weekend events, but we also want you to enjoy your getaway in the Keys however you wish. Please RSVP accordingly so we can plan with you in mind.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
All wedding events will take place at the Islander Resort. Please note that transportation will not be provided for guests staying off property. Parking is available for all events, simply inform the guard gate that you are attending the Personelli/Swart wedding

What if I miss the RSVP deadline?
Answer
We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by October 10th so we can finalize details with our venue and vendors. If you miss the deadline, please reach out to Sarah directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee availability after the response date.

Are children invited?
Answer
We kindly ask that our wedding weekend be an adults-only event. While we love your little ones, we’ve planned a weekend for adults to relax and enjoy the festivities.
