When and how can I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that all guests RSVP by June 1, 2026. If you are unable to RSVP by that date, please reach out to Meagan, Casey, or a member of their immediate families. Guests can RSVP under the RSVP tab on the menu of this website. Please fill out all fields when completing the RSVP form.

Plus ones and children

Answer

While we understand that many guests have children or special people in their lives they may want to attend our wedding, we will not be reserving extra space for any plus ones or children who were not addressed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests to come in Sunday best attire! Dresses and slacks are welcome as well as a nice pair of jeans and a button down. Jacket and tie are optional. Additionally, we know the Texas heat may be a lot for some guests, so please dress accordingly.

Will the wedding and reception be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors and will be located in two different buildings. Both spaces have reliable air conditioning. However, yard games will be set up outside for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour and the reception.

Parking and ADA accommodations

Answer

The White Sparrow has a flat paved parking lot with plenty of space for our guests! Additionally, there is a flat paved sidewalk that connects buildings and spaces guests will be in.
