Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. For men, this typically means a dark suit with a tie, or a tuxedo if you wish to elevate your look. For women, options include long gowns, cocktail dresses, or a dressy suit. Please note if wearing stilettos heel caps will be provided due to the outdoor ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Sydonie Mansion has enough space for 53 vehicles, cars can be left overnight if needed. Rideshare services do operate out to the venue, but we recommend coordinating a post-wedding pickup as services can be limited from the venue back to town.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a trolley available for limited pickup and return services from Lakeside Inn and the Hampton Inn hotel in Mount Dora. Please reach out to Rachel and Joshua to coordinate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive promptly at 3:30pm to be on time for the ceremony at 4:00pm.
