What is the dress code?

Semi-formal and colorful! Feel free to embrace bright hues, pretty florals, midi dresses, chic jumpsuits, tailored suits, or dressy separates. Comfort is key! Skip the super formal stuff, but let's keep it festive and fun. Whatever you choose, wear it with joy!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided between the hotel, ceremony, and reception! From the hotel to the ceremony: Shuttles will pick up at The DoubleTree starting at 3:15pm. From ceremony to reception: Direct transfer right after the ceremony ends. Shuttle service will run throughout the evening and after the reception to Downtown Clarksville for the after party and hotel stays. Please let us know if you plan to ride the shuttle so we can plan accordingly.

Is there parking?

There is ample parking at both the ceremony and reception sites.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to The Ruby Cora for cocktail hour.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your children, our celebration will include only the children in our bridal party and family. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Answer
