You're coming to Texas during the absolute best time of the year! It's better than Christmas! The State Fair of Texas has been one of our favorite things to do each year since we moved in 2021. Be sure to get a Fletcher's original Corny Dog (the inventors of corn dogs?) and some cotton candy! There are tons of Texas originals and fair foods to try out.
